RETURNING NON-FAULTY PRODUCT(S)
We offer a 30 day exchange or cancellation after delivery. If you wish to cancel the order under the Distance Selling Regulations Act you may do so in writing via email to sales@pandyshop.com to arrange collection. We will respond to your email within 1 working day. We don’t charge any fees for the return of the order.
RETURNING DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE PRODUCT(S)
If the product is defective and it is within the 2-year warranty period, then please contact us at manager@gimshop.com quoting the order number and your full name and we will advise you of the next steps. Should you need to return a damaged or defective product to us, the postage will be reimbursed once we are in receipt of the product and we have confirmed that the product is defective or damaged. Further details will be issued to you via manager@gimshop.com with regard to returning the product and which courier service we would recommend.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE THE REFUND?
We will send you an email once we issue a full refund for your order. The refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 working days.
